Website privacy policy
Last updated 2026-11-05
This page covers the visionize.digital website: what it collects when you visit or use the contact form, and what we do with it.
- 01
What we collect
Contact form. When you send a message, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you write. It's delivered to our inbox by email.
Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool we host ourselves, to count page views and see which pages are useful. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other sites, and doesn't collect information that identifies you personally. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, analytics are switched off for you entirely.
Server logs. Like any website, our hosting provider records basic technical details of requests (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.
- 02
What we don't do
This site is built to collect as little as possible. It has:
- No cookies
- No third-party trackers or ad networks
- No social media trackers, like buttons, or embeds
- No tracking pixels (such as Meta or Google ads pixels)
- No browser fingerprinting
- No session recording or heatmaps
- No selling, renting, or sharing your data for advertising
- No mailing lists you didn't ask to join
- No ignoring the privacy preferences you set with Global Privacy Control
- 03
How we use your data
We use your contact details only to reply to you and to talk about the work you asked about. We don't add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your information.
Analytics data is used only in aggregate, to understand how the site is used and improve it.
- 04
Who else handles it
A few services process data on our behalf so the site can work: Vercel hosts the website and our analytics, and Resend delivers contact form messages by email. They only handle data as needed to provide those services.
- 05
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@visionize.digital.
- 06
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
